1. Acceptance
By using flowenergywork.com or booking any service from Flow Energy Work (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Services offered
We offer Reiki, relaxation massage, combined Reset and Restore sessions, Qigong instruction, mobile wellness parties, an online Introduction to Chakras course, and a Chakra Quiz. Service descriptions, inclusions, and pricing on this site may change from time to time.
3. Bookings & cancellations
Bookings do not require a deposit. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling out of respect for our schedule and other guests.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, submit false or misleading information, attempt to bypass security measures, upload harmful code, scrape content in bulk, or use the site or our services in violation of any law.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, course materials, quiz content, and printables) is owned by Flow Energy Work and provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content without our written permission.
6. Distance Reiki, insurance & claims
Distance Reiki services are provided by Julie remotely. Any claim relating to Distance Reiki services covered by Julie's professional liability insurance must be submitted from within Canada. Claims originating outside Canada are not covered under this policy and cannot be accepted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flow Energy Work is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable Alberta or Canadian consumer protection law.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Alberta, Canada.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
